How to request a refund
Reply to your order email and ask for a refund. Refunds are issued through the original payment method:
- PayPal: refund appears in your PayPal balance or original funding source within 1–5 business days.
- NOWPayments (crypto): refunded in the same cryptocurrency, to a wallet address you provide.
- Free products: nothing to refund — your download links are simply revoked.
What happens to your download links
When a refund is processed, all download links for the order are immediately invalidated. You can no longer access the files.
